Please note, you are making an initial deposit to reserve a custom cut beef order.
All remaining costs (beef cost and butcher processing fees) require payment at the time of beef pick-up.
Whole Beef Details
$1,000 non-refundable deposit (3.5% CC transaction fee will be added when final payment is due)
Whole beef orders will be charged at $4.25/lb (hanging weight); due at time of beef pick-up
Whole beef weigh approximately 600-800 pounds (hanging weight)
Bring home approximately 60% of hanging weight (dress percentage) as trimmed, boneless beef for your enjoyment!
Processing fees will also apply; we will notify you of remaining total balance after the animal has been processed
